Yaron,

I'd give Sihope a shot... www.sihope.com... they are the ISP I personally
use; never had a problem connecting from linux or otherwise. You just need
to be knowledgable on the basics of how to configure stuff under linux;
they won't know linux specifically (probably), but will know some sort of
unix.
