httpd error

1. Thanks for the help with building a boot image and explaining "dd"
etc... The image that finally loaded was built by omitting the "bs=?"
from the "dd" command (thanks again Sandipan).

2. After rebuilding the machine with RH5.2/apache 1.3.3-1, I installed
the abacus sentry tool (psionic.com) which detects port scans and will
then shutdown the attacking host. Unfortuneatley, my httpd now fails to
start and reports:

[root@daddy rtp]# /usr/sbin/httpd
Syntax error on line 159 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
LogFormat takes 1-2 arguments, a log format string (see docs) and an
optional format name

I haven't changed anything in in the httpd.conf file. So, can I delete
the existing logs and will apache recreate them? After asking the
question, it occurs to me that I should move them and try restarting. I
can always move them back. Any suggestions on where to begin looking for
a solution will be endlessly pondered--there's nothing like staring into
the impenetrable vortex.

"Sentry - The Sentry is the newest addition in the Abacus Suite. It is
a port scan detector that takes an
active stance to shut down attacking hosts while notifying
administrators and provides an easy configuration
and startup. Attacking hosts are denied access to your host
by dropping of local routes or adding the host to a
TCP Wrappers hosts.deny file, all in real-time.
