Vanilla-2.9pl2 Released

Version 2.9pl2 of the Netrek Vanilla Server has been released and
uploaded to the three distribution servers.  Could those responsible
please confirm the md5sum of the file and position it publically.  Once
you've done this I'll announce to rec.games.netrek and commit the update
to the http://vanilla.us.netrek.org/ web page.

	- fix INL robot core dump due to addr_mess misuse
	- fix defaults for reality timer
	- replace end_tourney.pl
	- preliminary ghostbust fixes, reduce retry time
	- minor cambot RSA compilation fix
	- minor fix to gum version numbering
	- minor fix to daemon kill error message
	- minor mailing list updates
