COW 3.0 problem

There seems to be a problem resolving/connecting to servers after I
upgraded my linux SuSE system from 6.1 to 6.2.  None of the servers
come up in the metaserver window and attempting to go directly to one
of them results in something like: 
Calling continuum.real-time.com on port 2592.  
Who is continuum.real-time.com?

And bigbang isn't letting me in so that I can try another version.

My current version: COW.3.00pl1.ix86_linux
