Parsing the Meta Server Data

I was just curious what the Flags mean.  The P B C H flags are simple
enough to figure out, but what about the D R T flags?  And are there
others that I don't know about? 

I don't really have time to search through the server code to figure
out what all the flags mean, as they may just be extra information
that isn't important after all.  And the only flags I've found in
client code are the PBCH (paradise, bronco, chao and hockey) flags.

For example some usual input:
