can't find it

I have not been able to find any info concerning the troubles I'm having
with COW 3.0.  I'm not sure I should even be able to run it, I'm using
Windows 95 with more the SR updates but I'm able to play however...

I keep getting "failing reading" errors on all the pixmaps.

I'm not sure if the netrekrc is the same as in COW 2.2 I had trouble
locating it, only netrek.rc but there are only 3 statements in that about
cursors.

Could you help?  much appreciated.
