COW doesn't work

I downloaded COW (I think I did, it wasn't specific enough about where to 
actually download it (you should put a big "DOWNLOAD HERE" sign) when it was 
done downloading, I tried to unzip it and it said error after opening 0 
entries or something. What's wrong with it? Also the pixmaps "aren't 
compatible" with winzip which makes no sense. Something is definitely wrong. 
This is totally confusing.
