You are right, they are missing!  Strange.  I shall have a quick look at
all my development trees to see if I failed to commit.  I do remember
doing the coding!

Aha, as far as I can tell, I simply failed to commit.  I've committed
the changes back to CVS now, and pulled them into another machine to
confirm.

Sigh.  Comes from having five copies of my development tree.  ;-}
