RPM build

Ok, you should be able to BUILD an RPM with the .spec file.

You can use the simple script in Vanilla/rpm called cvs2rpm to get the file
out of CVS and put them into the RPM hierarchy. Then just do a rpm -ba
Vanilla.spec, rpm should do the rest.

Now, this is *just* a build. After talking with James on irc I need to make
some changes to rc scripts (see thread cron vs non-cron). So, this will not
run, it is only meant to build.

Also, this is a NON-crypto version, I am still working on the crypto stuff.

My main reason to announce this is that I have only RedHat 6.0 to build and
test with, I am hoping some of you have older versions to test with.
