While I disagree that PGP is understood by most people, I'll go ahead and
make a conventionally encrypted PGP package available for Linux/FreeBSD
people who tend to be smarter than the average bear...

  ftp://ftp.netrek.org/pub/netrek/rsa/res-rsa-2.9.1.tar.gz.pgp (PGP encrypted)
  md5sum: e3aba2581badd1df4324cd543c157d87 res-rsa-2.9.1.tar.gz.pgp

To decrypt, type 'pgp res-rsa-2.9.1.tar.gz.pgp' for PGP 2.6.2 or
'pgpv res-rsa-2.9.1.tar.gz.pgp' for PGP 5.x or higher.
