A couple of more bugs with end_tourney.pl:
1) the pad isn't calculated for normalized or starbase stats
2) kill stats come up empty

Please update your copy of end_tourney.pl before making changes and
submitting new code (i.e. cvs update robots/end_tourney.pl), as I
have added a few lines to it.
