Florin, I think that it may be an extraordinary effort to shore up a cheapo case. You may want to take a shot at making your own if you go that far. ;-) Buying a newer, nicer one would probably save much time and trouble. If you are short on cash and long on time, take the cover off and push on the frame and see where it flexes (not too hard). You might be able to screw in strips of heavier gauge sheet metal to remove the flexibility, but be sure not to get in the way of the cover or block air flow. If you have the equipment available, duplicating the cover in a heavier gauge might do the trick also.
