I've noticed something really odd & bothersome about using the lp.o module
for printing. Once you print a single job, you can not shut off the
printer at any time or the system slows to a snail's pace crawl,
practically locked-up... the only way to get it back (other than switching
the printer back on) is to remove the lp & parport_pc modules, then kill
the lpd...
What is up with this? How can i fix it?
