You don't know what you are talking about. For cheap computational power, Xeon, Opteron or G5 is best. Modern x86 CPUs have a RISC-like cores (depending on who you talk to) with front ends that translate CISC instructions into lower level instructions (this is a very simplified explanation). PPC is RISC, but due to market demands, x86 CPUs are still roughly the same speed. Which CPU you buy depends on your application.
