By all means, change the name! As far as I know, Stallman has never been anywhere in Minnesota before, and probably never will be again. Really, try to think of the last time any big name in Free Software OR Open Source has been to Minnesota. If you do decide to, make sure to read the chapter from "Free as in Freedom" about how he "behaves" at restaurants.
