I think initially this morning the downloads available were the PUEL versions, 
which you could use the serial on to upgrade to the full version. But their 
serial server is taking a massive hammering, so they put the full versions up 
for download; you can still register for a serial number if you wish (if you 
want support, I guess) and they'll email it to you later on in the week.
