(ASCEND) Fatal Error

	I have a unit that is rebooting itself and checking into the fat log I
find this:

FATAL ERROR:  Index: 8  Load: tik.m40 Revision: 5.0Ap16
        Date: 12/01/1997.       Time: 12:28:36
        Location: b0092890 00000000 b01b5ed4 b005a988 b004d920 b007a280
 
    Can anyone please shed some light on this for me.  This unit is a 4004
with 16 mod 56K cards in it.  If you have any info I would appreciate it.
