Is the courier on a hunt group ? Probably the issue is that the Pipe needs
to dial 2 different numbers...?

You could try a workaround that a few other have figured out (since we have
not yet added this feature - currently we rely on BACP/MP+ to *tell* us
the different numbers to dial)...add a second connection profile on the
Pipeline to call the second number.
