not knowing more about your frame connection provider
or your version of IOS, its hard to say for sure...
but I do have p130 customers connected by frame, so it is possible ;^)
my frame links are
encapsulation frame-relay IETF
I don't know if the p130 can handle cisco's default encapsulation. ???
and in each point to point I have
frame-relay interface-dlci [DLCI number] IETF
not sure if "frame-relay map ip" works the same way
as "frame-relay interface-dlci" in a sub-interface.
By the way, let me know if your p130 reboots and locks up
when you reboot the cisco or put the cisco into loopback on that port.
I thought this only happend on PTP links, but if my cisco reboots while the
PVCs are up,
it kills all p130s connected to my frame link until they are power cycled.
