I'd not count on AO/DI going anywhere.

Hell Titanic is interested SOLELY in schemes that get them
more /minute billings[1], and that's 180 degress out with this.

And since they have ?40%? of the population beween Maine and
Virginia......

1] Honest -- been in meetings w/ them. They have straight out
told me the only untimed services they will ever offer are those
required by law/tariff.
