you're sure the subnetting is right? Here's my interpretation of your
home subnet:

input					results	
						
sample host IP	mask length		mask			255.255.255.252
208.155.20.86	30			network address		208.155.20.84
					first host IP		208.155.20.85
					last host IP		208.155.20.86
					broadcast address	208.155.20.87

1. The home net is part of the office net. You will get all of the
office broadcasts, right?
2. You do have 2 IPs available, one for the router and one for the host.

We commonly subnet a remote LAN with a /30 mask if there will only be
one host. But the remote LAN is a different Class C network.
