(ASCEND) Fatal Error Index:2001

Hello all,

I recently upgraded a P50 to rev 5.0A (b.p50) and ran into a problem where
the Pipeline would constantly restart its  power on self test. I got the
P50 into debug mode and loaded 5.1Ap6 (b.p50) instead.

The Pipeline came back but I noticed under diagnostic mode the following:

FATAL ERROR:  Index: 2001  Load: b.p50 Revision: 5.1Ap6
        Location: 0010bef8 0010bd34 0012d1f8 00000000 00000000 00000000

FATAL ERROR:  Index: 2001  Load: b.p50 Revision: 5.1Ap6
        Location: 0010bef8 0010bd34 0012d1f8 00000000 00000000 00000000

Also, the above messages will NOT clear from the fatal history log.

Even though I can now access the Pipeline, I think I am going to have the
same problems if I try upgrading in the future. I couldn't find any
reference to the index:2001 error in the mailing list archive, so it was
time to turn to my fellow Ascend  warriors !!

Any feedback would be appreciated !!!
