Telebit (the Netblazer line) does this in the 70xx range (ie: "line 10" is 7010, etc). These connections are raw mode; they do NOT respect telnet negotiation, etc. I was the guy who wrote the spec for that feature back in the early 90s. :-) Xylogics also supports it in a slightly different fashion, as does CISCO.
