So you're saying it's a telco problem.  I'll call them tomorrow and open
another ticket, but I wonder who's willing to put any money on whether U S
West is willing to re-engineer the clock sources at their CO to acommodate
us.  Their response today was, "Your equipment is not properly syncing to
the facility, and it's causing slips", which is correct - it's not.  U S
West says it's Ascend's problem, Ascend now says it's U S West.  Why do I
get this creeping sensation of impending doom?
