(ASCEND) MPP/Shared Prof/RADIUS

I have a problem.  I'd like to allow my support folks to use MPP, and no
one else.  If I set Shared Prof=Yes, MPP works fine, but anyone can log in
multiple times.  If Shared Prof=No, MPP doesn't work.  Shouldn't I be able
to set MPP in RADIUS and have it work with Shared Prof=No?  In other words,
I'm thinking that MPP implies a shared profile, and an MPP specification in
RADUIS should override it.
