The Q&D way is to have a file called users.business with the
radius profiles of the business users, and have another radius file called
users.normal with all of your other customers. At 8:00am in the morning,
run a CRON job that copys the users.busines+users.normal to users and at
5:00pm run another CRON that copys users.normal to users. Very Simple,
and straight forward.
