I had very nearly the same experience over the last couple of weeks 
with a P75. Calls would dial, connect, then stop. No connection 
profile ever took hold, the DynStats window never changed from Qual 
N/A, 0 Channles, 0K. I was also receiving dumps much like yours 
above.

Turned out it was a telco problem. After much dealing with GTE, it 
turned out they had a couple of bad trunks out of several between my 
CO and the next one upstream. They actually had me dial repeatedly 
while they watched which trunk I hit then maked which ones were bad. 
Made me wonder why they didn't have some sort of test equipment for 
that!

Anyway, after 10 days or so of dealing with them, all is fine, no RMA 
was necessary in my case. Software is 5.0Ap3 if that matters.
