(ASCEND) What do I do with these?

This is the first time one of my maxen have reboot (without me doing
something dumb first), is that kinda normal, and I should try to ignore it
(and the users calling in to complain), or should I send this fatal history
to support@ascend, or is there some guide somewhere that tells me what the
index numbers indicate...

I am just starting to get into slightly more complictaed Max 4000 stuff and
I guess this is what I get :)
