It is not clear to me exactly what is being asked for, so I may be off
base.  To the best of my knowledge, you can have a default user for a
realm.  Thus if you are using ACE authentication or the UNIX-PW file
for passwords, rather than specifying "ACE" in the authfile, you would
specify "FILE" with a prefix and then put a DEFAULT user in the file
with the profile you wish to use for all the users in the realm.

If you mean you have a realm with separate user entries, each with a
password (and thus cannot use the DEFAULT user), you can still supply
a single set of reply attributes for a number of different users within
a realm using a Template-User.  This capability was added in 1.0Ai3,
which was released in mid-May.  for more information, please check the
Release Notes for Access Control.
