(ASCEND) K56 MDM Modulation=K56 but Max Baud=33600 ???
I have just installed my new K56 Modem-12 cards into my Max 4004.
However, when I go to "90-800 Mod Config/TServ options", the Max Baud
cannot go any higher than 33600, even though the MDM Modulation is set to
K56. I am running Release-5.0Ap13.
I have been trying to use a Motorola ModemSurfr K56 modem to check out
the new modems. The Max says with "show users" that my connection speed
is 33600, but the connect script in Windows 95 on my Pentium says that I
am connecting at 28800 even thought the PC port speed is set to 57600.
Am I missing something?
