Hmm, no one has ever mentioned the blocking. I have heard rumors
it's a licensing issue for TR-303. But I'll bow to your more
direct knowledge.

It appears I confused "Universal" with "Integrated" BTW.
The real solution is to order ISDN, but we all know some
RBOC'd are working as hard as they can to kill it.
As for B8ZS, sounds like the feature deficit on NFAS I've
also heard about on 5E's...
