Actually I talked about the MAX. Not a specific version. Both the "ordinary",
and the redundant power supply versions have a limit of supporting up to 72
modems per chassis. The point of redundancy is that a failure of one supply
should not adversely effect the "system" - which it would if we allowed more
than 72 modems: one supply fails -> second supply cannot handle the load ->
power failure -> no redundancy.
