Re: (ASCEND) Ascend QA gone downhill?
Hmm I took delivery of a large Ascend order, GRF's TNT's, Pipelines
about a month ago, and only one of about 200 cards was duff, which
wasn't bad going. I phoned Ascend support in France, and had a new
card 3 days later from the USA. Not bad in my book. i think half the
problem is the way people treat the boxes.
It _would_ be nice to get my FDDI cards for my TNT's though, Kevin
when are they due out? And I've had no response to my fax to
GET FLEX, [sent the FAX on 19th May]...
