Help me understand this.  How is it that I don't have enough HDLC
resources to answer the call?  How many isdn calls can a Max 4000
handle at the same time?  I thought it was 120, and I only have 2
PRIs in this max, and about 20 channels of nailed lines.  What do
I have to add to get some more HDLC resources?  I never have seen
this problem before, even on Max 4000s with 3 PRIs.
