Another UNIX snob!! Perhaps you should subscribe to the ntisp mailing list.
You might be suprised. There are, in fact, hundreds (maybe even thousands)
of ISPs that run nothing but Windows NT. You guys should come out of the
dark ages and take a look around once in a while. :)
