Multiple accounting records is an issue that ANY RADIUS client/server
must
deal with, since RADIUS is UDP based.  The RFC talks about the retry 
recommendations.  RadiusNT uses a true RDBMS on the backend which is the
closest you'll come to preventing multiple accounting records from being
recorded.

This is Authentication, NOT accounting.  Go down one to acct and
change your accounting server there.  It still has the old info.
