Hmm here we get interesting...since the MAX baud rate *possible* is now
asymmetric....33600 downstream and "56k" upstream...we left this parameter
to refer only to the downstream (V.34 rates) limitation.

Well since it's still not currently possible to connect at 56000 (read FCC
limit), and you would only see up to 52000 on K56flex connects....*unless*
the information is set to 56000 for any K56flex connect....I'll check it out
since in our LAB testing we were not running RADIUS (not part of the test
setup).
