(ASCEND) Erols PBX issue ?



I've got an office in NJ that is trying to use a PPP/modem account on
EROLS. After some hours today, the person at EROLS told my office there
they did not support a user dialing up through a PBX, they would have to
get a DID line. 

Is this common for ISP's to not provide support to PBX connected users ?
