4.5Cp8 has been given to support. This release contains the addition "Extra
phone number digit added by codec can be stripped" and the following
corrections:

TR 794    MB+ occasionally reset when parameters were updated.
TR 1309  Interoperability problems between NI-2 signalling and the GTD5
                        switch.	
TR 1844  National ISDN - 2 Type unknown wasn't working.	
TR 2068  Retry didn't work when VSX lost a channel.
