Good "Listiquette" is virtually the same as Good Netiquette:
Quote the barest minimum needed to keep in context;
we've already seen the other message.
Never ever quote others' .sig's, including the listserver's.
Seven bit ASCII, no HTML, no binary, 75 characters/line
maximum.
"MeeToo's" are usually best not sent. [On a list such as
this, if they are serving as a headcount on a bug, that is a
valid exception...]
