(ASCEND) RADIUS request simulator?

I was wondering if there exists a piece of software
that can be used to generate a RADIUS request just
as if it originated from a MAX box?  I am trying to
configure our firewall and I need a way to set up the
rule entries for a RADIUS requests to be passed.
