RadiusNT includes a program called radlogin, which can 
send a authentication or accounting request to the
specified RADIUS server.  Its a great test program, and
also includes the ability to send continuous requests and
returns statistics.  Great for load testing your servers.
radlogin works on Windows 95 or Windows NT.
