Well, as you may have noticed, Ascend is now using cumulative release notes
for each release.  This means that if you know that a feature has been
released, you can simply check the latest version of a release (5.0Ai, 5.1Ap,
etc.) to see when it was first introduced.  The release notes are available
via anonymous FTP from the Ascend FTP site.

Checking the Release-5.0Ai13 release notes shows that finger was introduced
on the MAX in Release 5.0Ai10.
