(ASCEND) Weirdness with Ap27 or am I missing something

I just upgraded a 4048 to Ap27 and all my channels show out of service
on both PRIs.

   ooooooooooooos

Do I have to get a hash code from Ascend everytime I upgrade (god, I 
hope not) or is this release broken??

It was working before :-)
