Hmm... I did some testing with another Max4000 ....this is not the
same scenario but the problem is the same.

I set a Max with no WAN connections and only a default route to a
Pipeline 50 on the ethernet. For tests I used some other pipelines ...

STATIC ROUTES

4** Default 0.0.0.0/0 to pipeline1 on the ethernet
401 aaa 1.0.0.0/0 to pipeline2 on the ethernet
402 bbb 1.0.0.0/0 to pipeline3 on the ethernet
403 bbb 1.0.0.0/0 to pipeline4 on the ethernet

even playing with the metrics and preferences, with 2.0.0.0/0 instead
of 1.0.0.0,etc swapping the order of the entries, making some private,
etc... the Max would only get the last entry, ie, iproute show only
showed the last entry. If I iproute del it I hadn't any default route
available :((((((

Is there a way of making a Max know that there are two deafult routes
without running any routing protocol? And of course without having to
entry it by iproute add....

Thanks in advance,
