We are having some problem on max SNMP, especially on
the vaiable radAuthLoginRqstSent :
Here's the problem Description :
Problem 1 : on Max4000 SNMP related :
Initially our Max pointed to one Radius Server namely a.b.c.1,
we don't have any problem on getting value on snmp variable
.1.3.6.1.4.1.529.13.3.1.2.1 ( radAuthLoginRqstSent ).
When we have added another Radius server entry namely a.b.c.2,
the problem started.
After some time the counter stoped for 13.3.1.2.1 and 13.3.1.2.2.
We have just removed 2nd radius entry and the 13.3.1.2.1 counter
started.
Problem 2 : on MAX TNT running on ver 1.3A
The TNT never hit the more than 190 (Analog) users (240 maximum)
The Max4000 we can able to see all ports occupied, but
not TNT. In TNT the modem cards are all within 50 %
error rate.
Any help is much appreciated.
