1. They will have an all new OS.  I've talked to testers - they haven't
been flattering to say the least.
2. It still lacks OSPF, which tends to be a big issue for the large users
who're looking at this kind of thing.
3. No T3 - not dense enough.
4. No variety of interfaces which other products offer.

It basically nothing more than a dense modem/ISDN rack, lacking advanced
comm server features of the other vendors.  And a brand new OS is always
a joy.
