Dead right.

You have to reboot it to change just about anything - default gateways,
RADIUS servers, etc... All require you to reboot to make the changes take
effect.

I thought rebooting to recognise basic changes was the sort of thing that
went out with the ark. This thing ain't carrier class - barely enterprise,
in fact.
