Actually prior to the p20 release, the Rockwell code did not have V.FC
support in it. So I would not call it a bug, more a *required feature* ;)

Hmm? That will not fix the V.FC problem in the versions that did
not support it. That *will* help with some older V.32 modems that
seem not to like the V.8bis tone from the server on connecting.
