I too am getting the same warnings. They only seem to be occuring on out
main MAX that receives the most calls. The box that handles most of the
dedicated ISDN connections doesn't seem to have these. (NO warnings or
errors as of yet) My warnings:

WARNING: Index: 179 Load: tik.m40 Revision: 5.0Ap33
        Date: 10/30/1997. Time: 19:57:22

...

WARNING: Index: 179 Load: tik.m40 Revision: 5.0Ap33
        Date: 10/31/1997. Time: 02:50:10

Looking at our modem stats (Graphed by that wonderful MRTG (Shameless plug))
it doesn't seem as tho there was a reset because we would most likely see a
substantial drop in the number of modems in use. The other MAX that doesn't
have this problem did drop down a bit last night and a few routers are not
dialed in right now but that may be a local telco issue since I'm able to
dial in AOK...
